Post by zhuo409 »

Hello everyone,
I am interested in some engine type rate training even I am just an apprentice.

Where can I get this training information?
I checked safe flight website but no guildence about who can go and what you get after passing the exams.

Thank you

Pay your money and go, no restrictions on who can attend class, you can be a deep sea diver who has never saw an airplane before, just pay and go.
When finish you get a piece of paper saying you passed or attended. Try Pratt and Whitney they'll gladly take your money. Not sure what you;;re trying to get out of this, let your employer pay for your training. If your employer runs PT6 and you pay for your own course then I'd think some of the AME's on here might thane some words for you.
