3 yr opener, with compensation survey at that time. I feel it’s a solid deal, especially for Encore AMEs

So what is the increase??
I know that Porter was offering more than WJ mainline by $3 a/hr at $36 a/hr to experienced new hires.
Either one was forever graveyard shifts but Porter is offering a commuter/accommodation program, which of course WJ never will.
Personally, if you have 15+ years experience and a M2 you should be looking at $40 an hour for these jobs.
On that note, how goes the search for experienced AME's???
