looking for info on process of getting A&P license with Canadian M2

Post by Kiel »

Been calling the FAA and asking around at schools in the states about how I got about getting my A & P license. I currently hold an M2 license. Things are getting absurd here and Ive always wanted to move to the states so now is the time. For the life of me I can figure out how to start the process. One school sent me a link to this form : https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/med ... 8610-2.pdf

but it says that it needs to be an original copy from the FAA.

Can anybody help? it would be greatly appreciated.

Go to this guy. Takes about two weeks. Couple grand in the end. They'll take care of everything.

Here’s another option, they used to be federal exams, theyre now a&p fast track after the owner passed away in 2016. Two weeks and you have your license.
