getting a&p

Post by 54321 »

I'm an M1/M2 AME and am wondering how to go about getting my A&P licence!! I work at an international airport in Canada, and have several American friends who are A&P mechs--can this help me in any way? Any direction would be appreciated, thanks

Its easy, if your American. Its a little more complicated if your not. Call Avtech-exams, guys name is Ken. He can answer all of your questions. Probably the hardest part is getting your form approved buy the FAA. I'd do the "course" just because its condensed and controlled, no dicking around with study guides and stuff like that. If you're not signing off on N regestered stuff or are planning to move to the states its really kind of useless though.
