Victoria Flying Club in YYJ would be able to do that for you. They have a big fleet, and lots of instructors, and no wait time either, from what they said.

Try Chinook Helicopters in Abbotsford
They have a large fixed wing fleet and a good program

Sealand Flight in Campbell River can do all of the above! Home Base is CR, but also operating out of Powell River, Courtenay, and Qualicum Beach

I am also wondering what people recommend in the lower mainland. My Cat 1 should come in the mail any day now.
Any recent reviews on langley flying school?
I have heard good things about skyquest but should the recent engine failure in one of their planes steer me away from them?
Pitt meadows?
Coastal Pacific?

Coastal Pacific Aviation is a great school. CPA 20 aircrafts, and a great training program at a reasonable price.
