Looking for a Freelance Instructor located near YCD

My son is needing to complete his PPL and wants to do his Night and Commercial Pilots License on our co-owned PA24-180.

Does anyone know of someone who does freelance training and holds a Class 1 or Class 2 Instructor Rating? Ideally someone who doesn’t mind doing training from YCD. My son is living in Victoria and will be willing to commute to YCD where I keep the airplane based.
