Hey all,
I'm working on my CPL at age 27, is it still feasible to see myself at AC by age 35? Not sure how the hiring is going in the Flight Ops depart. though. I already have 9 years with AC on the ramp, but would love to fly for them. I'm guessing the way the industry is headed, pilots will be needed in the future, I'd better get at it

The answer is yes if you play your next moves right

Absolutely.
The industry is moving so quickly and AC will hire as many in the next few years as they did in the past 10...
Get it done, get on the job market... longer you stall = opportunity lost.

Turning 33. I have 400 hours roughly. Working 703. Other than no desire to "jump ship" and actually give my.employer a good couple of years before moving on I could probably be at jazz (or another regional) in 5 months at the rate it's going now. AC a few years after that. Get yourself a flying job, build those hours and you'll be fine
