Ukrainian CPL. Need help

Hello!
Dear colleagues, i need to get a helpful information about the path how to get canadian cpl.
I live in Kiev now and want to finish my study and get my first job in Canada.
For that moment i have already Ukrainian CPL with 140 hours (ME, IR and also NF).
What should i do for the first?
Maybe someone did this path and can bring some advise.
