This forum is not a university.
Nor is it an in-person interview with an employer.
This is an anonymous internet forum. Anybody can post and say almost whatever they want.
For me, this forum is like a saloon in a wild west gold town. It is often rough and wild, with many of those having something to say that will not be following grammar-perfect English. Nor behaving themselves well. There will be lots of cussing and swearing, and the equivalent of loud yelling. And plenty of boasting and exaggerating. And there will be many stupid, ego-driven verbal brawls.
But that is not to say there nothing of value here. Far from it. There is plenty of value, especially for an aspiring aviator. And plenty of good material for experienced aviators as well. But you will have to filter through much to find those gold nuggets of wisdom. And you have to expect and will see many imperfections and shortcomings in use of language, manners, sticking to the facts and using reason.
You will enjoy, as I do, from time to time, some really useful, interesting and well spoken truths.
What is wrong with the aviation industry?
