You may find instructors whom hold dual instructor ratings but I've never come across a school that directly offers what you're asking for.

There was one of the helicopter schools at CYBW that was offering it for a while, though I don't think that's the case anymore. Given the relative ease of acquiring an FAA license on the basis of your TC one, I doubt the market is there to just do FAA training up here.
I'm not sure what's more depressing: That everyone has a price, or how low the price always is.
