Brush up on main PGIs, steep turns, slow flight, spin, forced landings seem to be common flight test scenarios. Recreational flight test guides, PPL/CPL guides for tolerances etc.

Being comfortable with the AIM, and looking up info is another good step.

Overall, not too bad

Be prepared for any PPL and CPL exercises including P180, night flying, etc.

Just follow the script. By this point I'm sure you have it figured out.

On my website, freepilotgroundschool.ca, there's a booklet called Essentials of flight training. On the second last page I have a page that's the instructor rating in a nutshell. Hope that helps.
