Theres nothing in writing stopping you from doing it, and the feedback which i've received from my Class 1s is that it's encouraged as long as its done correctly.
Keep it relevant, dont have it replace you, and cite the owner properly.

I use videos to show what a spin entry looks like, and how a skidding turn can develop into a spin. In these cases, they are far more effective than using a toy plane or trying to describe it in words.
