Note poor anymore, they're broke, and unlike most flight school grads, they won't have anything to show for it.

Did the students have to pay upfront? Will the Private Career Colleges People reimburse them?

Paid up front by their airlines and the PCC people have no jurisdiction.

can you say "LAWSUIT"

Just another black eye for the Canadian flight training reputation. Glad I got out of training years ago!!

I'm not sure if this will stop him. These type of scumbags tend to just close down and set up shop elsewhere and the creditors (including students) will never see any of the money they are owed. If/when this happens, everyone needs to make a big enough stink so that they don't get a chance to do it all over again (contact newspapers, etc). Get the word out, and hopefully no airport will allow them to operate.

Promise to make a right seat worthy pilot from zero time in 14 months. Ignore the fact that the candidates will be training using a second language in which they are barely fluent. Locate your school in a busy airport, make sure that airport is located exactly where the most streamers come off Lake Huron. Buy lots of airplanes but forget that 1/3 of the fleet will be down for maintenance on any given day. That will do for starters.
