Just heard the express folks had their own posting on the Air Canada career section since March 5th.
Has Air Canada started calling express pilots through the new online portal? How does it work?

Yes, in person interviews well underway with some course dates already handed out. Awesome system, not sure it is a game changer but it’s a big improvement from the old PML.

So you're saying some guys got the initial email after March 5th, the screening and in person complete for a start date already????

Can confirm - but I assume they had already applied on the old PML. They were all asked to reapply on the now portal, calls went out the next day. One of the big improvements of the portal and the direct link to Express Mngt about performance/recommends is that the process can be very fast now.
