Can those of you who were at AC before 2010 explain how it came about that passenger flying in excess of 76 seats was set to be flown by AC pilot's, thereby handing out 76 seats and less to the regionals?
Just trying to gauge what it is you were up against to negotiate <76 flying away from AC.

Mostly it resulted from the Teplitsky med/arb process and CCAA circa 2003/2004.
76 seats is industry standard in North America. AC is not the outlier.
