Hi there, I did an interview for A/C last March just before the world went to hell. Of course I was given a thanks but we decided not to hire, but they also added that my resume and interview results would be kept for a year.
Since the pandemic has lasted longer than anyone anticipated, and the pilot shortage will return full swing soon, does anyone know if the interviews done before the shutdown will be looked at when hiring restarts?

Re: Hiring bank
I think for any company, it would be taken with a grain of salt at this point as the HR departments are downsized/restructured…might be a different set of eyes.
I would anticipate to be re-interviewed on the most recent experience.

I would suggest applying again when things pick up and hiring resumes.
There has been some turnover in HR. However HR management has mostly stayed the same.
