If ALPA is so great, than look how awesome the new Jazz contract is, look at the mess Wasaya is in. The only thing a union will do for Encore is potentially ensure the one list.
I guess there is something that you and the SKY pilots know that the other 100,000 unionized airline pilots don't know.
