For those of you holding reserve...what does that look like typically?

We don't have reserve yet. They can't even keep us staffed properly to fill the block holder seats....

My bet is we will see reserve for the widebody program first, then it will slowly make its way into the narrowbody schedules.

So if one was to change bases now can they expect future reserve or is that part of the contract not implemented yet?

If you change seat, equipment, or base you are ‘subject’ to reserve. Meaning when a reserve system is running depending on your seniority on the list you may have to hold either a mixed block or full block of reserve. A mixed block entails scheduled pairings and blocks of reserve. The full block will require 18 days of availability to hold and the rest days off.
