heard this strange rumour from wesjtet that they are hiring Direct entry Captains on contract??? sounds very unlikely to me.... anyone having more intel on this... please share it with us....

From what I understand Westjet hires everyone as a Captain .. they just have to fly as a F/O until they get there turn..
That is for everyone coming to work there...Not a bad thing..
