you know what snowball.....I dont think they will get the guys they want at those rates nor should they.....seems like they have looked to the regional disgrace in america as a starting point....tax rates are a bit lower in the states so you actually have to make more in Canada to be at the same level which is why its 58 and not 50....speculating ofcourse...

It would seem that legacy costs are going up too quickly ( you dont hear about this from the self centered pilots do you ) 737 crew are WELL paid,,,there needs to be a freeze there, then encore can AFFORD to come up in pay.

The 737 crews are paid fairly. Probably one of the most effiecient crews worldwide. They earn their salary.
