Yes, I just picked up my second one. The styrofoam tail split on the first after the second charge and the flight characteristics were never the same. Kudos to toyrus and the no hassle exchange.
Ornathopters are cool! Great idea for a toy, however I wouldn't want to pilot a life sized version. Very pitchy.
I took mine to flight school last week and blew the guys away with some high altitude spins.
Check this thread for mod ideas http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=639277 Its a long, long read but these guys have gone nuts with the concept.
I'm only 22 years over the recommended age.
