That's not 100 % accurate according to some guys that work there. EIC purchased one hangar and three airplanes. From the guys that still work there, it will be normal operations going forward. This was apparently done in anticipation of the changes coming with the Government RFP.

Surely a business wouldn't spend money on anticipation? What happens if the anticipated doesn't happen?
