Re: Flair V3
For an airline named Flair, there certantly isn't much flair in the livery.

Re: Flair V3
This new livery reminds me an awful lot of an older non-existing UK LCC from the late 90’s early 2000’s founded by BA called Go-fly. It ended up getting bought out by Easyjet.
Needless to say, Flair seems to have the trait of a teenager struggling with their identity going through different phases every other month. What’s Winter 2020 going to look like, all black gothic?

I like the green border around the first image.
As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:

Re: Flair V3
I’d imagine it’s yet another tacky paint job coming out of a KFC hangar that was drawn on a napkin by the members of the same “wine and cheese” club that came up with the name in the first place.
If I was running an ULCC... I’d want to make it look and sound as sharp and professional as possible. With paint and stationery... it costs the same either way.

"Ok guys, time's up, we have to tow this airplane out of the hangar"
- "but we're not finished yet"
"Looks good to me, we don't want to be late delivering this airplane, that would cost the company lots of money."
- "look at the bottom, it's not finished yet!"
"Looks good to me"
- "but no, it's .."
"LOOKS. GOOD. TO. ME."

Re: Flair V3
Based on the quality of the paint jobs coming out of that shop, it'll be flaking off in less than a year anyway.
Just in time for the next re-brand.

Re: Flair V3
I can only hope new neon green uniforms to follow a la swoop fashion
Re: Flair V3
They'll be green at the knees and below, to match the paint scheme. The black spot will be placed in a strategic area on the uniform.

Re: Flair V3
Green pants. White shirt with black collar. Black tie and epaulettes with Green stripes. Custom green laces for the shoes. Green wings cause Matte black might look too cool lol
Re: Flair V3
I can almost, sort of, kind of see what they were going for with the black-and-white and the circle: back to basics, bare bones, strip out all the fluff. That's supposed to be their business model after all. If it were just black and white, and didn't have the clown nose, I don't think it would be terrible. But it looks like they had a meeting with a bunch of managers who didn't understand what they were going for and someone with no design experience chimed in to say "We need some pizzazz! Our name is Flair, after all! Let's give it some flair to stand out!" Then the committee chose the most obnoxious colour they could. It looks like a case of too many cooks messing with the soup, and the original message got lost along the way. I bet there's a bunch of graphic artists somewhere taking shots of whisky and banging their heads on a table, wondering why anyone let Karen from HR have a say in the airline's branding.
Re: Flair V3
It was also designed by a marketing firm and painted overseas. You may not like it, but don't worry yourself about basing comments on facts or anything.
