Curious if anyone knows the latest on Evas Air?
Do you think they will eventually do scheduled service on the east coast again or has PAL stepping in made them irrelevant?

AC won't be renewing contracts with them anytime soon.
As for east coast sked flying....they are welcome to start branching out on their own.

They’re still going doing medevac and cargo. It was never a great place to work but now it is hellish from all accounts I’ve heard. They have a lunatic running the place who seems to be hell bent on getting the guys who are higher on the pay scale to quit or be fired.

A few years back prior to the WuFlu I had the unpleasant experience of deadheading on them many times. Most of the Copilots looked and sounded like TFW’s from South Asia so I would guess that’s how they got around the minimum wage pay….
