Air Canada 787 lands at Trenton Sept 18
Rumor has it an A/C 787 bound for YYZ diverted to Trenton due to low fuel on Friday? Can anyone confirm this?

The weather was good VFR all day in YYZ on Friday the 18th. No diversions show up on either Flightaware or Flightradar24.

I have no knowledge of what went on, but I did see this photo on my Flickr feed.

Pearson went to ground stop due thunderstorms and they didn't have enough gas for CYOW, declared fuel emergency, diverted to Trenton.

There were a lot of diversions due the weather. Some went to London, others in to Hamilton, others had enough fuel to wait it out in the hold. One 787 did divert into Trenton.

It does, but they were running out of Unicorns!!!
