Dual Control Conversion - Do they exist?

I am not buying a plane. Nore do I know anyone looking for one. Just purely curious if a conversion exists for single control aircraft to convert them to dual?

Looks like a Beechcraft product.

Pretty sure you could just snag one OEM off a wrecker....

I converted a BE55 to dual controls. $6k if I remember correctly.
