There is a 1942 Cornell flying out of Queen Creek, AZ. Owned by an AA Capt named Tony Anger. Go to his FB page and drill down thru his photos for pics. I have some too. Flew the plane a couple of years ago in Casa Grande,AZ

G'day

Tony is here in North Bay flying Sentimental Journey this week. I spent some time with him this afternoon.

The B-17 is headed off to Peterborough on Monday morning.

They have already sold all their rides there and believe or not , the nose position went first.

Cheers...Chris

Hey Moose 47.

Bill Carswell sent me some photos of him, Tony and the Fortress. The B17 is based out of Falcon Field in Mesa/Phoenix.

G'day Flyboy757

Great WX today for flying the B-17 despite being near the cross wind limits.

Bill Carswell took Tony up in his C-170 this afternoon after the last flight of the tour here.

Off to do supper with the gang.

Cheers...Chris

About 20 years ago we flew from Boundary Bay to Midland , Texas in a Grumman Albatross for the Confederate Air Force show. On the way back, we were in formation with that B-17 and a B-25 , Midland to Falcon Field where we had a 3 plane low break.. I was able to get some great photos of the B-17 in close from the rear hatch but they are not loaded to a photo-sharing site

Does anyone know when the B-17 is leaving North Bay? I would like to catch it land in Peterborough. Nothing listed on Flightaware yet.

G'day nonpilot

Talked to the co-pilot (Tony Anger) at 09:40 and at that time they were flight planning for wheels up at 10:45 hours local.

Cheers...Chris
