There are 1) contrails, we all know these,2) there is geoengineering ( seeding the atmosphere to induce/control weather ) and then there are 3) experiments 99.9+ % are the first cause +/-0.08% the second cause and 0.02 or LESS are the third cause. Governments DO experiment on their own citizens it is a KNOWN fact !
