Pretty sure the worse of a pilot you are the better chance you have to get hired. Means you might stick around longer cause no one else wants you.

If you don't pass then they recommend you to Keewatin (if your under 5' 2") so you're not taller than the CP. It's part of being in a dysfunctional family.
