They are too cheap to pay for a job ad sticky so they just repost the ad everyday. That should tell you all you need to know.

You sound like someone who got PFO'd.

The pay is on par if not better than most regionals. The company culture is pretty good considering there is no union and the crews are true professionals. Benefits are the standard RRSP matching, Great West Life (100% dental, vision, massage etc), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and interline travel agreements with Westjet & Porter, reciprocal jumpseat agreements with AC, WJ, Porter, Virgin America and others. The company is expanding and the flying is a mix of scheduled and charter throughout Quebec, the Maritimes and Newfoundland/Labrador.

The starting pay IS better than all the other regionals. Training is great. Guaranteed YUL base if that’s what you need. Home mostly every night. I have 3 overnights for April. Moving to ecetera (Saputo) FBO soon and expanding the YUL operation as BS said! FBO is very nice! You would a be senior Captain now if you were to be based in YUL.
