Transport Canada in its great wisdom has decided that CARS 400.01

glider includes a powered glider; (planeur)

was promulgated "in error" and plans to revoke 400.01.

This will retroactively require aeroplane pilot licenses to operate powered (self launch or sustained) gliders instead of glider pilot licenses.

I suspect that a similar provision existed in the PLH and would like to have a look at it - or see an image of the relevant page.
