Jazz is still hiring?

It seems they have to hire 250pilots this year but nobody get a call on my surounding environment (lot of 1500h + FO turbine guys)
Do you have any news about that?

I got a call from HR 2 weeks ago. Haven’t heard back, just waiting for the PFO now.

I know 3 young pilots who all have around 900-1000 hours right seat in a King Air, that are now flying for Jazz (2 in the -8 and 1 on the CRJ). They were all hired in the last 60 days...and two other pilots I know with under 1000 hours have been called in the past week for interviews. So as far as I am being told, yes they are still hiring. In fact, I got a reference call from them just a week ago. Good luck!

I know of a couple with a few thousand hours that were just recently hired too..

Theres usually a slowing in initial ground schools over the summer months.

Most training departments at the bigger companies tend to go on vacation in the summer. Hiring usually slows down over the summer. Then picks up in the fall, as they gear up for the winter travel season.

Expect swg and Transat to pick up ppl from jazz as well this fall.
