Hi... I've been flying the C 42 now for 40 hours.... I am a new pilot and I love the C 42 and flying it.
I couldn't find alot of info on youtube concerning the machine itself so here is a 10 minute overview if interested.

Really when I found out this airplane was available in my area to rent I tried to find a youtube video to intro my the the airplane but there was truely little of detail so I thought others might benefit.

Thanks no problem.... well I fly at Ontario Advanced Ultralights here in Kingston Ontario.....owned by Zach Elliott. https://advancedultralights.com/ikarus-c42 based at Kingston airport CYGK
He earned his PPL by age 17 and was starting commercial when a car accident put him in a wheelchair.
He trained in the Ikarus out in Vancouver .... so one is out there for sure. Also there is one http://www.ikarus.ca/ based at Brantford, Ontario airport (CYFD)
I'll tell you this... I went to Oshkosh this year and didn't see a single Ikarus!! They are prevelent in the UK and Europe.
If you ever get a chance... get in one. One quick flight for fun one day got me out of flying the Cessna 172 and I haven't looked back. I'm at the age that I just simply fly for fun....I call it fly befor I die!
