This one was funny...

What was your 2018 salary?

Still 3.5 months to go!

INCLUDING all bonuses and per diems?

Per diems are not salary! When I'm on the road in some of the most expensive cities in the world and having to spend $£€¥ to EAT or TIP or UBER or WHATEVER that is NOT SALARY!

Shoe allowance, medical reimbursement, passport allowance... NOT SALARY!

I know the questions were perhaps not that clear to answer but still I managed.

Surely you know what your base salary for 2018 is, no?

For the bonus I just put a number that reflects what we received in past years.

For the overtime I simply gave them our new daily rate (which more than doubled).

Then they simply ask you if you have a matched RRSP contribution plan from your employer or a retirement plan, easy to answer.

They also ask if you have medical coverage, easy to answer.

However they don't ask about if you have any sort of insurance.

They don't ask for any per diem info that I can tell of.

They also don't ask about what they cover for expenses: pilot's medical, uniforms, passport, Canpass fees, etc.

They do say the results will be in the January issue.
