Anyone else having issues listing with AC as a reciprocal. Myself another coworker and two Transat guys are all having problems with a No availability message.
I called the travel desk, they told me that they can't list me because ID travel isn't working.
Anyone?

Yes, first person was less than helpful. So I called back and waited another 45 minutes and got a helpful person. 1.5 hours to book a standby ticket.........

There estimated wait time is surprisingly accurate. I put an alarm to my phone for a few minutes ahead of when they say I'll be answered and put the phone down. Don't have to listen to the hold music and commercials.
