CPL written exam Extension

Hello all
This is my first post, but been reading the forum for a while and helped alot.

So the question is:
‘ Mr.X did his cpl written exam 23 months ago, but Unfortunalty passed in 3 diffrent tires,(second time got a partiall , third time passed the meteo).MrX has his last month untill he does his cpl flight test or everything get reset .
The time frame between the two tires were only 1 month, is there any chance Mr.X can get a Extention for 1 month If he requests it to TC?

Anyone has /had the same problem?

In all fairness, if it took 3 tries to pass almost 2 years ago, I'd think maybe it would be prudent for that person to simply write it again before trying to get signed off as a commercial pilot, instead of trying to find a way around it.
