YYZ low vis ops

Jeppesen has three low vis taxi charts. For runway 05/land and depart 06L/ land 06L and dep 33R. But only the land and depart 06L has a routing from the de-ice bay. Anybody know why?

Closest runway as you exit deice?

Yes, it is the closest runway but no low vis route is shown from the exit point at west end of the bay connecting to 33R. Is one allowed to taxi to 33R if the RVR is say...600'?

Figured it out myself. I wrongly assumed that only the highlighted taxiways could be used. But the Jepps state that these are only typical taxi routes.
