where are the fighter bases YQQ, YOD, YBG, and Sort of YYR.
where are they going to intercept the threats. we need something that can supercruise and has at least 1200 range. Look at the F-18's that were scrambled from YBG due to the drug smuggling Convair. Made it to Port Hawkesbury, and barely made it back to Halifax. I would say we need F15x's, rafales, typhoons, mitsubishi F-3, or KAI's KF-x" not as stealthy as the F35, but more agile". Hell the French are offering to setup a production line here with technology transfers

they are 212 M each so if we buy 4 it shouldn't cost more than about 6Bn
