Why would you be a pilot in waiting when you can be a pilot in a cockpit?
Re: Can anyone translate "crap" into French for me
I'm thinking the successful candidate will probably be in a flying position before ever figuring out the checkin system, provided they don't constantly whine and complain about why they're not flying yet. It's just a typical "foot in the door" temporary position.

No requirement for any form of pilot licence or training?
Re: Can anyone translate "crap" into French for me
Looks like they are aiming to attract someone in training.
Re: Can anyone translate "crap" into French for me
Nothing wrong with that.

Re: Can anyone translate "crap" into French for me
It seems most small-ish companies have a lineup out the door of low-time pilots who think they’re best off taking a ground position. If an operator chooses to hire one of these folks what they often end up with is a motivated employee for less than it would cost to hire a non-pilot and less training. Evil? Maybe, but business is business and it’s hard to pass up on opportunities like that especially when you’re currently being buried in training costs. The added advantage is when that pilot hits the line (the timing and requirements of that should be perfectly clear at time of hire if you take one of these jobs) they are usually one of the more conscientious ones the company has because of their broader experience than just steering a plane and often rise through the ranks quickly.
