BS. But then I only know about the corporate flight department for whom I worked. We willing paid fees if there were any. Many of our trips were to destinations whereby we didn't need to upload fuel. In some cases, we asked them to bill us $25 for the use of their facilities and cooling our heels their all day... The response was always "Thanks for the offer, but no need..."

Echo S69A. Thirty two years as a corporate pilot and that was certainly not our expectation nor was I witness to it. At the end of the day it was the FBO that could often mean the difference between a great flight experience for our pax or a mediocre one. Treating the ramp personnel and the CSR's with professionalism and respect is not only the common decency that your mama taught you but helps to ensure reciprocity. For many of us we tend not to visit an FBO just once...…..what comes around goes around.

Too funny!

I'm sure there some pilots out there in the corporate world that act like this guy but in general most of the guys I meet are real cool and courteous to the FBOs and their personnel.

This was made by a kid for kids. The vast majority that I come across in my circles are very good people.

Total BS.

FBOs charge a ramp fee and per service rendered. Most don’t care whether you buy fuel or not and won’t even ask if you need fuel.

It's a joke, obviously meant to personify some bad customer. It's hilarious.

It's also from 2011.

In my years on the ramp, I had a couple like that. I enjoyed the challenge.
Most of you pilot types are just regular people though.
Cheers,
