Anyone know of Canadian non-profits similar to Pilots N Paws or Angel Flight Central in the US?

Hope Air is similar to Angel Flight I believe. https://hopeair.ca
I'm not aware of a Pilots n' Paws equivalent in Canada.

Pilots 'n Paws Canada now goes under the name "Canadian Wings of Rescue"
