Check on what charter companies charge nowadays and you'll be pretty close. About 8 CAD/SM I believe?

About a grand/hour, depending on engine, power setting, leg length, altitude, fuel price, etc.
Do a bunch of 80 mile legs will cost more than exclusively 400 mile legs.
