Airlines almost never pay posted prices, they buy it through fuel contracts. Talked to the guys at kakabeca airport today they have fuel on their airport for 1.60. If you can get in there it might be a better option.

First, there is no Esso anymore, World Fuel Services bought Imperial Oil's entire network back in 2016. Unfortunately IOL exited the 100LL business in YQT a few years back due to volumes. This left Shell and their dealers free to price as they see fit.
