I took a medical check for aviation at the hospital
and I went to lifelabs for ECG
will I just wait a result of medical after that?
I mean there's something to hand in to the hospital from lifelabs?

The lab will send your results to your Aviation Doctor. He will interpret them and them send the paperwork to Transport Canada. Transport Canada will send you a medical at some point in the future.
