Punishments for pilots
Hello,
I am wondering, What types of mistakes can lead to what types of punishments for a pilot? Does a pilot lose license for lifetime? or its penalties? or probation? or jail time?
Where to find more information about this?
Please advice.
Regards

You can review the aeronautics act and that should give you what you want.

everything from 1986 to 2019. Tons of good read!

Did not click the site cuz I already know what is in there......
Basically, anything and everything. Some flight attendant or some passenger or some tc idiot does not like yer face, you will be nailed.
Sad comment I know, but it is what it is.
We live in canadastan, which means that screwing people over is the national passtime.
I am absolutely NOT religious, but Jesus said himself, "the highest will become the lowest, and the lowest will become the highest". Maybe the guy was right.
Attempting to understand the world. I have not succeeded.

The fines are clearly laid out for regulatory infractions. If you don't break the rules, you won't get fined. I don't see how looking at someone the wrong way is worth of regulatory enforcement.
You are clearly being paranoid.

1. Go fly in China.
2. Get QAR violation
3. Understand what it means to be punished as a pilot.

I didn't know the site existed so I read through some. They were very well tried and documented cases. In several, the charged were found not guilty of whatever. Others, it was quite obvious they f'd up and were found guilty accordingly.confusedalot wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2019 4:54 pmDid not click the site cuz I already know what is in there......
