ATPL Question
Im about to submit my logbook to transport to get my AAs, and I don't have my logbook certified. Does anyone know if Transport requires my logbook to be certified?

Re: ATPL Question
The only certification it requires is your signature and date on each page for the ATPL sign off.
Re: ATPL Question
Mr. Bond is correct. No one needs to certify your logbook, except you. There is a great misunderstanding pushed by the FTU's for some reason that CFI's or Chief Pilots need to sign your logbook. They do not. Ask them what CAR says you need to and they will always come up short
Re: ATPL Question
What CAR requires you to certify your own logbook? I have never certified mine.

Re: ATPL Question
That's a good point. I just sign and date the bottom cause the book has the spot lol.
Re: ATPL Question
I don't believe there is any CAR for it, but I had my ATPL inspector ask me to sign every page, so I did.
