VTA Changes

Post by ahramin »

I can't find anywhere stating the differences between VTA editions. Specifically I'm trying to find out what has changed between the 43rd and 44th edition of the YVR VTA. Does NavCanada publish this anywhere?

They might be mentioned in the AIRAC updates, but I never read that section. And they aren't available to the public...

I'm gonna guess and say some obstructions depicted on the chart have most likely changed more than anything else.

One of the main things I think was may have been some changes to the Float arrivals into CYVR, from 500' down to 300'.

There is a VFR chart updating data section in part C Planning of the CFS. It's my understanding that all changes to VFR charts are published there until the charts themselves can be updated.
