Was anybody at the Oshawa airport yesterday (sat-mar-07).
Somebody told me aircraft departing on runway 23 experience an engine failure at low altitude, did a sudden maneuver and brought the plane back on runway 12.
Always taught fly straight ahead.

A successful turn back can be easily doable but it depends on multiple things that are worth briefing before you advance the throttle and start the roll.

well flying straight ahead would put you into some houses if you're familiar with the departure end of 23
