Companies Laying off.
As there is much discussion ongoing about layoffs and going to be literally couple thousand pilots out of work, I thought it would be good for everyone looking for work to have an easy spot to go and see which companies are conducting layoffs to save the individual time from applying to said company.
Therefore, no discussions just company names.
Only put companies that have announced layoffs, not rumours of layoffs. As it changes obviously they can be added to the list.
I'll start with,
Sunwing,
Porter,
Thunder, and
Wasaya.

Re: Companies Laying off.
With reference to pilots, Air Transat has not announced pilot layoffs.

Re: Companies Laying off.
If they're about to suspend all flights, how will pilots not be laid off?

Re: Companies Laying off.
Only on this god damn forum would there be an argument after the OP specifically laid out what they were looking to accomplish.
How could they not be laid off? Simple, management decides not to lay them off.
Will they do it later? Who knows.
How about you read the Original Post, and carry on.
Jesus.

Re: Companies Laying off.
Didn't someone say WestJet and Encore laid off almost 1000 pilots?
Re: Companies Laying off.
Air Transat pilots apparently voted at 97% for a 20% pay reduction for April.
Wondering if that would save All of the pilots there. Anyone working there? As well there was a Groundschool that started early march wonder if the new hires got sent home.

Re: Companies Laying off.
Every pilot at 65h until May and no layoffs.
New hires will continue the GS and get their PPC.
