Hello all, first time posting anything. Just wondering about possible places to rent a float plane in southern Ontario to take to a cottage for a week or weekend. My experience is 3500 tt, 1250 float time on super cub, c180, dhc-2 and beech 18. I went on google and wasn’t able to find too much, any suggestions would be great.

I am unaware of any companies out of the GTA that will rent out float planes to pilots. However, you could charter from the island, Cameron Air runs up to Muskoka and area in the summer, not sure what their operation is looking like during covid but I know they have at least one 206 and two 208’s. Good company.

Try Lake Country Airways out of Lake St-John in Orillia. That would be your best bet..
